If you die without a Last Will & Testament that meets all of the requirements of Ohio law, the State of Ohio decides EVERYTHING, including some of the most important decisions in your life: such as CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILDREN, and the DISBURSMENT OF YOUR PROPERTY.  You may or may not be happy with this result (many are not!), and the results may or may not be “logical” (remember: the law is not always logical).
